Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE\´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
Administrationization of the university has attracted wide attention from the whole society; People criticize these drawbacks which are caused by the administrationization of the university. At the same time, they look forward to the non-administrationization of the university because the administrationization of the university is relating to university autonomy, academic purification, the spirit of the University and other issues. In this paper, the author analyzes the reasons for the formation of these drawbacks, and also proposed the "principal public campaign", "downsizing governing bodies ", “academic professor ruling school " and other related suggestions of non-administrationization.
