Abstract
Basic building blocks for analog BiCMOS circuit design are presented. It is shown that, by combining the nearly infinite input impedance and zero offset switch characteristics of MOS devices with the high transconductance and high current drive capability of bipolar devices, high-performance analog BiCMOS circuits can be designed
