After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

There is suitable economic gradient between Anhui province and the Yangtze River Delta region. Industries are also strongly complementary to each other. In order to quicken the pace of undertaking industrial transfer and promote society division of Pan-Yangtze River Delta, it is necessary to analyze the economic gradient transfer of Anhui province and Yangtze River Delta. Finally, we succeed in finding ways of scientific undertaking industrial transfer.
