With the thought that the anticipation of profits from technological innovation is the fundamental motivity of enterprise technological innovation by integrating various factors of that influence the motivity. The needs and the capabilities to carry out technological innovation are the internal factors, the external factors, such as market environment, scientific and technological level, and policies, etc. have influenced over the motivity of technological innovation by working on the internal ones. Finally, pointing out that the influences from regional innovation system on the motivity of enterprise´s technological innovation are mainly represented in market environment, technique diffusion and the policies, and so on.
