Research on the production system of an enterprise simulation base on WITNESS

For a manufacturing enterprise, the production system is the principal in the competition among the enterprises. So improving the production system is an important means to enhance enterprise´s competitive power. The paper takes an enterprise´s production system as an example, to do simulation analysis for the whole system by using witness simulation software, and then the bottle neck which influences the productivity of system can be found. After analyzing the bottleneck simulation results, the essential influence factors can be found, and the improving methods can be put forward.
