In this paper, human capital accumulation is set as the research object, after the definition of human capital accumulation; we introduce knowledge transfer to analyze its impact on human capital accumulation, based on which we construct a game model to study the mechanism of knowledge transfer between the subjects inside a firm. We discuss two aspects, namely perfect information and imperfect information, and one-time game and finitely repeated games were discussed respectively to investigate the mechanism of human capital accumulation, which indicated that to a great extent, the knowledge transfer enhanced and promoted the accumulation of human capital.
