Supply chain financing is a new way to relieve financing predicament of SME. There exist problems such as gathering risk, lacking integrity credit system, relevant subject having different interest partiality and lacking core enterprise. This paper studied the problems of supply chain financing and explored the countermeasures on the base of the theory of supply chain and the theory of corporate financing, the conclusion is that solving the problems of SME supply chain financing needs to strengthen the supervision of financing enterprises through cooperation, build the credit system of the whole society, Strengthen cultural construction of the supply chain to form the common values and cultivate the core enterprises of supply chain
