Abstract :
Based on the practical demand of the cost-effectiveness evaluation of IHEs, this paper proposes the gray relational analysis evaluation model with decision makers´ preference. In order to give full play to the subjective initiative of decision makers and take into account the fuzzy of human thought, the weighted model based on triangular fuzzy numbers is given. This paper constructs the system of evaluation index through the input, output index of the cost-effectiveness of institution of higher education and adopts the TFN-PGRA model to analyze the cost-effectiveness of 8 similar universities in one province. The evaluation results show that the model in this paper has greater advantages and applicability, it math the actual of appraised university.
