Abstract
ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) system are implemented as a total business solution that gain significant advantages, including dramatic increases in productivity, on-time shipments and sales, as well as decreases in lead times, purchase costs, quality problems, and inventories. But many ERP system implementations are not success stories. Many failed REP system implementations may be attributed to the selection of an inappropriate ERP system. In this paper, we will introduce several influencing factors to help manufactory managers solve the ERP system selection problem.
