Abstract
In this paper, we present a new fast channel estimator design for high-speed wireless data communications. The new structure is presented as partitioned block Hartley domain adaptive filter for ISI suppression with linear channel estimator. This new approach has less computation complexity than its partner partitioned block frequency domain adaptive filter with very fast convergence rate safe for rapid time-varying wireless data communications. The architecture of the new proposed channel estimator and resulting implementation complexity are then analyzed
