  • Abstract
    In recent years, dynamic monitoring is widely used in the real estate market. Based on the dynamic monitoring system for urban property price, this paper focuses on the data collection and processing. Results of calculation show that the method is consistent with the actual situation, which means that it can provide reference for government decision-making.
