Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

On the basis of TRIZ(Theory of Inventive Problem Solving) and other innovative theory, this paper proposes the ideas, method and content of the study of sifting the innovation principles and filling into Management Contradiction Matrix which has been built, So that to take shape “Management Contradiction Solving Matrix” which is similar with Technology Conflict Solving Matrix in TRIZ. Problem-Driven thinking and perspective of conflict resolution are the main ideas of the study. The arrangement and abstract analysis of enormous management expertise and knowledge are the main contents.
