Abstract :
The economic development of Shanghai now is strictly restrained by exhausting of fossil fuel, deterioration of ecological environment and lacking of raw materials and natural resources. How to break through the bottleneck and find a sustainable way of growth becomes a matter of prime importance to Shanghai. The 3-IN (Internet, Information, Innovation) entrepreneurial model proposed in this paper is based on the Long-Tail theory. It is more feasible to realize in the urban economic environment like Shanghai.
