Abstract :
In This paper, we implement a Nano-Scale CMOS process on an energy efficient receiver for wireless sensor network that recently designed and it achieved high power consumption. Wireless sensor network require receivers that are small, cheap, and power efficient, all these problems were solved using nanotechnology. 1GHz receiver is implemented using Nano-scale CMOS process to achieve optimal energy efficiency. We use 90, 45, 32 and 22 nm for length of transistors, and we achieved low power results about tens of micro watts.
