After struggled by China´s reform and opening up for the past 30 years, chínese retail enterprise´s endowment of resource has begun to take shape, business combination has been formed. Based on the existing resource endowment portfolio and business combination of the transformation model, business operating model is constantly updated and changed. It became a key issue to find a better solution to the business operating model. We take Jiebai as an example in this paper, analyze four main factors of Hangzhou Jiebai which are operating processes, operating methods, operating systems and operating results, to achieve the successful business operating model according to the analysis of value chain.
