The network public opinion is the most obvious and centralized reflection in the online polls, which exerts various influence on the decision-making behavior of governments at all levels. This article selects the "Shanghai angling law enforcement" events in China on the 2009 sina website as analysis object, analyzes the influence that network public opinion on the information openness of government affairs via co-integration test and error correction model. In the end, the paper advances corresponding policy suggestions on the basis of the above analysis. Hoping the conclusions is helpful for government in guidance of the further network public opinion and the construction of harmonious society.
