Abstract :
A simulator that is routinely used to simulate MOS VLSI circuits at the transistor level is described. The analog simulation technique has been built into a digital simulator to allow circuits to be simulated with digital or analog models or a mixture of the two. The simulator provides a natural interface between the analog and digital portions of a circuit
