College Students entrepreneurship incubation base is a creative attempt to solve the employment problem of college students. The relevant theoretical and strategic thinking is the foundation of its successful operation as well as the theoretical starting point to the study of college student entrepreneurship incubation. The paper discusses the implication brought by the theory of successful intelligence for college students: to educate focus on the scientific values of entrepreneurship, to train focus on the scientific entrepreneurship, to practice focus on market competition, to develop entrepreneurship ability combined with the success of the intellect, providing power for the protection of students to succeed
