Abstract
The paper studied the effect of thermovacuum deposition and optical properties of poly (o-toluidine) (POT) thin films. Termovacuum deposited POT films at temperature range 400-550°C and at pressure 1 à 10-6 Torr are characterized by a considerably improved morphology and oxidation-reduction stability compared to the films formed using the methods of electrochemical polymerization. Thus the vacuum deposited conductive polymer thin films can be perspective elements of modern electronics, as an electrochromic display and sensors devices In the present work, in order to give grounds to the condition of of poly(o-toluidine) films, we have studied the thermal behavior of polymer.
