Abstract :
Web services bonding with stateful resources are different from traditional web services. Because the state of those resources can be highly dynamic which make it difficult to discover and combine proper web services and fulfill clients´ demand. This paper proposes a new method of web services description and registration based on WSRF (Web Service Resource Framework), aiming to provide real-time state of web services and related resources. Furthermore, in order to choose proper combination plan of web services quickly in the dynamic environment, ordinal optimization has been adapted in the process of plan selection. A simulation is given to show the efficiency of this ordinal optimization approach.
