Analysis of government-led rural infrastructure financing mechanism model

This paper studies the financing mechanism of those infrastructure projects which need to be subsidized by the government, are marketable and endowed with quasi-public characters. By model analysis, this paper studies the dynamic game process of complete information between the government and investors, as well as the cooperative game process between the investors and the banks.
