The rapid growth in car sales led auto 4S shop more and more investment budget, making a lot of dealers ends meet in the business. This article analyzes the current state of the problem combined with a medium-level 4S, through analysis of financial investment budget, the investment recovery period and breakdown of specific indicators. For the above analysis, this paper presents recommendations on the healthy development of auto 4S shop in three areas.
