"3W" e-commerce mode is to let consumers save money, merchants earn money and the webs benefit from commissions. This mode can effectively solve the limit of "time" and "space" of traditional group purchase to make each individual customer enjoy the preference of group purchase, let merchants to realize the target of catchpenny and small business websites to earn money. Based on the comprehensive analysis of C2B e-commerce and the concept of C2B e-business in China, this article analyzes the reasons of slow development of C2B ebusiness in China and discuss about "3W" electronic commerce mode deeply.
