Abstract
These last years, the industrial context changed strongly. This justifies the process piloting evolution like an answer to the intervening changes in the enterprise and its environment. In this sense, this article develops a multi criteria decision aid model in order to help the decision-maker to adopt the best action facing a new situation. For it, the case-based reasoning technique (CBR) has been used like a privileged way to capitalize and to learn quickly and efficiently experiences developed in an enterprise. The process piloting will be based on criteria which their weights are determined by using the 2-additive Choquet integral. This last take account of the mutual interactions between two criteria.
