Abstract
By combing with the log-periodic and the linear-taper techniques, a broadband CPW-fed folded-slot antenna of 4-elements is presented. The design procedure of this broadband antenna having impedance bandwidth (VSWR < 2) up to 62.7% (4.56 - 8.73 GHz) is described, which offers a new means to enhance the impedance bandwidth of folded-slot antenna. The study on the key parameters and the simulated radiation patterns are also shown
