Abstract
We propose a receiver for DS-CDMA systems in multipath, Rayleigh fading channels. The proposed receiver exploits the space-time-frequency diversity combining and the adaptive interference cancellation to mitigate the effects of both channel fading and multiple access interference (MAI). Through computer simulations, it can be shown that better performance can be achieved when the diversity dimension in the proposed receiver is increased. The diversity gains for space diversity and frequency diversity are also compared
