Abstract :
Based on systematical analysis of the research situation and existing problems about comprehensive utilization of tailings and waste rocks in China and abroad, this paper put forward to establish an intelligent decision support system for the comprehensive utilization of tailings and waste rocks. The idea was implemented and the system was built by combining engineering practice of comprehensive utilization about tailings and waste rocks with some other subjects, such as artificial intelligence, neural-network, fuzzy mathematics, decision-making technology and so on. The basic design thoughts and functions of the system are introduced, and an example for brief application of the system was given.
