Abstract :
A high-performance baseband transceiver for HiNOC communication systems is implemented. OFDM technology, the effective self-adaptive 2n QAM modulator and the new frame synchronization method are presented. The data throughput in MAC layer is more than 40Mbps currently (64QAM modulation mode). The design has been fabricated with SMIC 0.13um technology.
