Internet technical application causes the commercial activity fierce transformation and produces the electronic commerce. The electronic commerce has made huge progress through many years. Market economy is the credit economy, electronic commerce market healthy development requires both advanced technical support and credit mechanism. Regarding the electronic commerce market development, the credit mechanism construction is not only the present difficult problem, also the future long-term stability development foundation and the need. This thesis carries on the elaboration to electronic commerce credit mechanism and credit pattern.
