Abstract :
This paper is mainly about the effects on the satellite antenna performance of solar radiation. Polar orbit satellite works in the environment with frequent temperature change, its surface temperature varies significantly. This is mainly because the difference of solar radiation influence during its course. That means antennas that fixed on surface plate of the satellite have to endure such temperature variation. Normally, antenna is made of metal material with good conduction performance, which will change its shape with temperature variation. So, it is necessary to analyze the response of antenna to the environmental temperature change.
