Abstract :
Quality culture is the core of corporate culture, which is fundamental strategy to achieve long-time competitiveness. For building quality culture, employee´s competency is most important factor. In this paper, the Author firstly expounded the quality culture, and analyzed human resource competency required by quality culture. On these bases, human resource competency model was established; finally application on this model is partly illustrated.
