The evolution of product innovation and customer satisfaction is a process of interactive co-evolution. Therefore, marketing management must pay attention to the dynamic characteristic of customer satisfaction and concertedness with the evolution of product innovation and tap, meet and create demands to improve the customer satisfaction degree and product innovation.
