Abstract :
The Peter Kemmey Memorial Student Scholarship recognizes outstanding students in electromagnetic technology. This scholarship was established as a tribute to the memory of the late Dr. Peter J. Kemmey, whose pioneering vision contributed to the broad electromagnetic launch (EML) initiative that began in the late 1970s and to the establishment of the international biennial EML Symposium shortly thereafter.
