Abstract
The assessment of performance, cost, and customer satisfaction on Business Process, is facing a problem, that is how to establish and use an effective method and framework to create a specific metric model, for achieving a more efficient method. To solve the problem, the paper discusses BPMM (Business Process Metric Model), which is based on the theory of model-driven and Business Process model, and base this method, we give the simple Meta Model, the model and its implementation. This paper concludes that the metric model can be effectively used in business process execution.
