Abstract
The analysis of mathematical models of chemiluminescence signal of bioassay is conducted in the article. It was done in a time domain on the basis of exponential function and in frequency domain on the basis of harmonic series and with application of theory of stationary stochastic process. The criteria of estimation of signal are grounded. Verification of mathematical models is conducted for the task of diagnostics of disease.
