At present, service science and engineering is an important research and application field. How to integrate it with ERP (Enterprise Resources Planning) thoughts and then apply in domestic enterprises successfully? It is an immediate problem to be further studied. According to the actual conditions of management model for workshop scheduling in the domestic aviation enterprise, this paper analyzed its functions, processes and hierarchy of management, established the objective to apply the advanced informationization service system for scheduling applicable to the enterprise, proposed requirement analysis and system design, explored the visual informationization service, elaborated the system structure and functions that was close the reality, and discussed the system´s key techniques and application methods. It is a basic approach to select applicable informationization service objectives and methods for the application of service science.
