Abstract
Corporate Alliance is a common interest-based cooperative model, which can assemble and utilize external resources to promote resource sharing and mutual benefits among member enterprises. As an organizational approach, it meets the needs of member enterprises to maintain and create competitive advantages. However, due to the limited rationality and uncertainty of the alliance members, any formal contract and governance structure of the alliance are inevitably incomplete, which means it can not solve all the problems during the alliance governance. Therefore, coordination, compromise and trust become the key factors in the process of cooperation.
