Abstract :
The paper examines the requirements of a collaborative decision making environment based on decision analysis. Such a system should provide full real-time, distributed WYSIWIS processing for multiple users manipulating a common decision model. A replicated architecture with an optimistic concurrency control method that supports this mode of operation is described. More difficult problems of supporting dynamic group membership and private work in the context of real-time distributed group-work are briefly discussed
