Abstract :
A new multiscale transform, called Ridgelet transform, was proposed by professor E.J.Candes and D.L.Donoho, in 1999. Later, M.N.Do and M.Vetterli proposed an orthonormal version of the Ridgelet transform for discrete images with finite size, named finite Ridgelet transform (FRIT). In this paper, we present a new integral scheme-finite line integral transform (FLIT), the resulting transform is invertible and non-wrap. Several examples show that the new transform is effective in line detection in low PSNR images
