Abstract
Accuracy in complex permittivity of dielectric mixture and its dielectric loss calculations are suggested under high frequencies in two-dimensions. The aim of this paper is designing patterns of composite materials for electrical applications having low complex dielectric permittivities and so low dielectric losses by taking into account the type and shape of inclusion phase. Also, this paper studies the effects of high frequencies on variant electrical properties of dielectric mixtures designed. RAD and EMA approaches supported our design for predicting a better patterns of dielectric mixtures having low dielectric losses in binary and multi-mixtures.
