Abstract :
A scheme is proposed for detecting and focusing moving targets in clutter based on a fast recursive wavelet analysis of the received radar signal. The time-frequency formulation provides a powerful tool for obtaining the desired information about the useful signal instantaneous Doppler frequency, which is need for producing a focused image of a target
