Abstract
This paper focuses on the problem of robust strictly dissipative (RSD) control for singular systems with state time-delay and norm-bounded parameter uncertainties. An LMI-based generalized quadratically stable and strictly dissipative sufficient condition is given for control-free systems. Memorial state-feedback-based and dynamic output-feedback-based RSD controls are presented for the systems with control input. The existence conditions of memorial RSD controls are given in terms of LMIs. A numerical example is provided to demonstrate the validity of the methods.
