Abstract
Cascaded quadratic detectors are applied to manufacturing sensor signals. These detectors provide a technique which allows excellent frequency selectivity and noise suppression, without sacrificing temporal resolution. The authors demonstrate the applicability of these detectors with an example of manufacturing sensor data and show their advantages over conventional linear techniques
