In recent years, the dynamic capability approach of competitive strategy has been developing rapidly and is applied to some fields. The paper analyzes the network environment and discusses the component of the dynamic capability in virtual enterprise. Then it puts forward the safeguard mechanisms of dynamic capability formation At last, the paper analyzes the pathway of dynamic capability formation in network environment.
