By analyzing the five factors that affect the project quality, i.e. “engineers, construction materials, construction equipment, construction methods and construction environment", this paper narrates three control processes of the project quality, that is, pre-event control, amid-event control and post-event control, then puts forward control methods of the project quality, and finally proposes quality control principles of projects.
