By analyzing the problem of the energy-saving service industry, we can make a conclusion that the credit problem is the main factor to limit the development of the energy-saving service industry, when the financing and the taxation problem was first resolve, and further raise three ways to increase the EMCo´s Credit: improving service quality, the introduction of the third-party certification agencies and establishing a standard business credit system, to help the EMCo expand and promote the industrialization of the energy-saving service.
