Abstract :
A kind of Schmitt-PPI circuit including Schmitt trigger and push-pull inverter with active resistor load is presented in this paper. It can get over the effect of Gauss white noise in the CMOS pulse circuit, and avoid the mistrigger to get relatively stable pulse. Through the simulation by EDA and the verification with the actual circuit, the structure gains ideal result.
