Abstract :
In this paper, we propose a unipolar dynamic driving scheme and a 30-V 16-output row/column driving circuit for polymer stabilized cholesteric texture (PSCT) liquid crystal displays using 2-μm HBiMOS process. The proposed chip size is 10 mm2. Simulation results show that the total power dissipation is 37.8 mW
