Abstract
Currently China is promoting the strategic restructuring of coal enterprises and coal resources have been integrated to some degree. However, with the integration of coal resources, the integration of coal logistics resources is also imminent. This paper proposes to build a four-gradient coal logistics network and particularly deals with the critical problem of selecting the location of coal regional distribution centers with the Baumol-Wolfe Model.
