Abstract :
The purpose of this paper is to discuss the application of knowledge management in the course of government process reengineering. It contrasts the two different government processes in tradition and modern society, especially focus on the influence of knowledge management. The factors of government process reengineering based on knowledge management which obtained by calculation with values obtained by direct testing has been also paid attention to in the perspective of government innovation. Knowledge management engineering development and application of innovation has brought new challenges and opportunities to government management, how to enhance knowledge management execution, and build a responsible knowledge management and an clean government is an important issue for government process reengineering research and practice innovation. Government process reengineering based on knowledge management means an new typical model of combination of technological innovation and management innovation, has brought profound change to government management, and the nature of its characteristics has brought new elements to enhance management execution. We contend that effective communication standards, control systems, object oriented methods serve the dual purpose of promoting efficiency and the enhancement of government capability.
